Brad Renfroe helps leaders, teams, and organizations make better people decisions and turn those decisions into stronger execution.

For more than 20 years, Brad has worked across startups, Fortune 100 companies, and global enterprises in technology, data, software, manufacturing, oil and gas, and government-facing environments. His experience spans organizations from pre-revenue ventures to $40 billion enterprises and includes Equifax, Alpek, Carrier, and Halliburton.

That range shapes Wayfinder’s practical approach. Brad understands both the enterprise systems that support performance and the day-to-day realities leaders face when responsibility is high, relationships are complex, and the path forward is not obvious.

He holds a B.B.A. from Harding University and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Denver. Brad is an SDI 2.0 and Core Strengths Master Facilitator and a certified DDI facilitator.

Brad and his wife, Regina, live in Huntsville, Alabama. They have three daughters. Away from work, he enjoys time with family and friends, exercise, and woodworking.
